1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CoinVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not a resident of any restricted territory. KYC verification is required before any investment activity.

3. Investment Plans

Plans are subject to lock-in periods during which early withdrawal is not permitted. Daily distributions shown are projections based on strategy performance and are not guaranteed.

4. Fees

Network fees apply on deposits and withdrawals depending on the chosen asset and network. CoinVault does not charge hidden management fees on principal.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and 2FA device. CoinVault is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoinVault is not liable for market losses, network failures, or third-party custodian issues. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to CoinVault in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the registered jurisdiction of CoinVault. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration.
